Course Description:The objective of course is to provide deeper understanding of many microeconomics concepts which are already familiar. Course cover Game theory,  standard equilibrium( Nash equilibrium) and other concepts which are related to risk and uncertainty.

Learning objectives: At the end of the course students will be able to 

  • Understand the basic concepts of Game theory
  • Analyze different market structure
  • Identify various models how markets are organized and work.
  • Understand how prices & output are determined for maximizing profit.

Text Books: We will use "Microeconomics Theory,Basic principles & Extensions  " by  Walter Nicholson 11th edition and "Microeconomics: Theory & Application With Calculus" by Perloff. J.M 3rd edition.
