Course Objective: The purpose of this course is to understand the accounting concepts, accounting process, to introduce problems of financial accounting such as measuring and reporting issues related to assets and liabilities and preparing the financial statements. The objective of this course is to develop skills necessary to evaluate an enterprise’s financial position and its financial activities. The course provides students the basic background to recognize the concepts of financial accounting and develop the understanding about financial statements.
