Dear PhD scholars!
University of Balochistan, Quetta has in its circular No 41/ DG (SA)/ 2024 dated: 25-06-2020 clarifies that online classes have been started at BS / Master level. In response to the same circular I, being Instructor/ focal person / coordinator of Pashto Department moved a letter to registrar University of Balochistan, Quetta so that to clarify status of the online PhD course work classes. The Registrar office has not responded yet.
The said circular has been issued in the light of the directives of HEC hence I am sure that we, the department of Pashto is the only department started course work at PhD level, hence the running PhD online classes course work may not be recognised, for the reason I stopped uploading online classes for PhD program and also shared with Dr. Barkat Shah Kakar and Dr. Naseeb Ullah soon after the circular was issued. whereas, some of the PhD courses are still in progress and regularly uploaded by the instructors concerned.
