Like how a Egyptian named Toth presented the idea of writing to king felis and how he refused his idea of writing saying we need to use brains not books. He told Toth that you have invented a drug that will produce forgetfulness in the minds of learners.
About 70,000 years ago in France, the journey of writing started from Pictographs(no stories no words only pictures), then ideographs, then logo graphs were invented, after that cuneiform was invented(the idea of Sumerians who made icons on rocks), then Rebus was invented (it gives icons and pictures a name or a sound so that logographs can also be read as sound), then going through various ideas of writing like syllab, abjads, alphabets,and alphasyllabary.abjad was spread in every language except Egyptian language who was stuck in their traditional way.
The idea of writing was followed by Mesoamerica 2900 years ago, China 3200 years ago, Crete 4000 years ago, Egypt and sumer 5000 years ago.

the learners' souls, because they will not use their memories; they will
trust to the external written characters and not remember of
themselves. The specific which you have discovered is an aid not to
memory, but to reminiscence, and you give your disciples not truth, but
only the semblance of truth; they will be hearers of many things and will
have learned nothing; they will appear to be omniscient and will
generally know nothing; they will be tiresome company, having the show of wisdom without the reality.
The Egyptian god Thoth is credited in the ancient pantheon with inventing the intellectual technology of writing. In the story told by Socrates in Plato’s dialogue The Phaedrus, Thoth brought the invention of writing to King Thamus, but found that his gift was unwelcome. King Thamus thought writing would weaken man’s memory. He feared that writing, as a form of outsourcing, would wither natural abilities in men rather than enhancing them.

This is the story of ancient people of middle east explaining the invention of writing more then 5000 years ago.specially it started from king Thomus and god Thoth's.
History of writing traces the development expression language by letter or other Marks and also the studies and description of these developments. In the history that where writing begins.

There was no story in writing just pictures were standing for things and history.
Pictugraphy were languages and expressions became repeatable and popular and changing of art to an other things mapping to specific things.
Metonymy, this principle follow like represented general nebulous idea .like when we cut of the leg of human picture we get general idea walking or moving.
And they used to draw a idea from another idea like concept of man is concept of horse finally the used to change one picture to another. For counting the used lines like one line for one sheep two lines for two sheep's and draw sheep pic with lines .this was their concept of counting. 

Logograph emerged and flourished in the early civilization of Mesopotamia, Egypt, China and Mexico. Different characters for people, animals and crops thousand of logograph for every thing even for Sun and moon.people knew these logograph with meanings .

1.Mesopotamian started this writing before more then 2900 years ago. 

2.China characters 3200 years ago. 

3. Crete 4000 years ago. 

4. Egypt 5000 years ago. 

5. Sumer 5000 years ago. 

And came into told that Egyptian stole this idea from mesopotamian.

Monogenesis.idea one civilization was king of all writings.the writing started from mesopotamia, they made shapes and cuneiform was the very popular story of these days .

1st time they invent consonants word was the combination of three or four consonants was very difficult to pronounce, and was written in Chinese language shape.

I mean of course our brains are strongly intelligent or useful than we think. but really still *how*!!

 I would like to ask for the help from my other classmates about picto ideao and logo graphs.
 Besides that pictograph can be visualised Ideographs can be imagined and logo graphs can be directly and constantly red. but still how they can be visualised, imagined, and directly red.

but it really was an informative video.
i disagree with one point of the video that in the start of the world nobody used to write.
for me its not true though in that age what the used to write that was not understandable but i think at least the tried.
because its human nature whether he know how to write or dont know how to write but they try to write kids are the example of this they even dont know what is writing but when they sit somewhere they start writing on streets or on walls.

Here, to have our say on this advantageous video, we gotta learn what method was brought forward by a famous old god; the Egyptian moon god of wisdom and magic, usually depicted as an Ibis or baboon and the inventor of arithmetic,geometry,calculation etc. namely THOTH. Thoth brought forward his newly invented writing methods sorta Pictogram to better convey or transfer message from a generation to another.
Which, in the very beginning, the King Thomas disapproves of Thoth's cleverness because the King reckons that a human mind needs some different marks and symbols to keep the things remembered for keeps. The King thinks our minds' capability is higher than our perception.
As our ancestors visualized themselves or anything around them through drawing pictures, could not depict the whole.
PICTOGRAMS use a picture of an object while IDEOGRAMS use a symbol made of geometric shapes to represent an idea. Some examples of pictogram are as follows;
1) A picture of flame means fire.
2) A picture of knife and fork means restaurant.
Whoever, in his right senses can instantly understand the meaning of Pictogram.
IDEOGRAMS are more complex because they show abstract and intangible ideas.
LOGOGRAM is a symbol or character that represents a word or phrase.

As Ideograms are mentioned through( the use of a single phenomenon,characteristic etc. to identify the entire concept) can give any general sense to be more expressive, we use Ideograph.
When the writing had not emerged, there appeared complexity in every single activity. or a single icon was used to represent many; using one word for each symbol.
This video also imparts the detailed lore that there exists no clear evidence of the ancient Egyptians cheating from MESOPOTAMIA 5000 years ago. That is a fact that Cuneiform writing system was followed and copied by many.
From the later shown part of the movie, we can estimate how writing helps.
Oh my God! how the chinese used the symbols as in their written, was not less than a rebus puzzling game.
Slowly and gradually, with the passage of time, things over writing got improved, adopting several methods of writing using symbols,abjads,alphabets etc.
